Refection on Penultimate Draft

This draft has changed significantly since I came up with the idea originally weeks ago. I began with a multitude of influences and moving parts that effected my final outcome. Since, I have decided to stay within the bounds of my limitations and not write 30 pages, I had to focus in on two main influences. I believe this clears me up for a much more clear and concise argument, albeit perhaps one that does not take in every single perspective going into the court cases. I really need to go back and make sure my paper is organized and designed in a manner that is easy to understand. The argument and facts are all there, it is just about putting the pieces together to making a strong and clear argument.
