Goal 1: For my first goal I want to work on my self-awareness of emotion, because although I tend to do okay in understanding my emotion, I tend to jump the gun sometimes and get frustrated from time to time. So I really want to harp on that to make sure I don’t overreact to soon.
Goal 2: For my second goal I want to work on being aware of other peoples emotions because although I can tend to understand how someone may feel with out them telling me, sometimes I will choose to not see how they are feeling when in reality I know I should.
Goal 3: For my third goal I want to work on is self-management of emotion because I think that if I can learn to manage my emotion.
