My results from the Big 5 Personality Inventory help show me who I am as a leader. For openness my score was 3.8 which is slightly above average. Openness is the difference between someone who does not seek out new experiences compared to those who are willing to try new things. Conscientiousness is the ability to show self-discipline and aim for high achievement and for that I received a 4.11 which is slightly below the mean of 4.28. For extraversion I scored a 3.5 which is also slightly below the mean 3.63. Extraversion is characterized by the tendency to seek out stimulation and the company of others. Agreeableness I scored a 5.22 which is above the mean of 4.39 and this is the tendency to be cooperative rather than antagonistic towards others. Lastly for neuroticism I scored high with 3.25 with the mean of 2.49 and neurotic people are nervous, tense and seem to worry a lot. (Naumann & Soto, 2008).
For the emotional intelligence inventory, my overall emotional intelligence score was a 4.8 which is slightly above the overall of emotional intelligence being 4.48. When I look at my followership questionnaire which is scored 0-60 from independent thinking my score was 39 which is 1 standard deviation of the mean 41.39 and for active engagement my score was 46 which is also 1 standard deviation of the mean 43.43. (Petrides & Furnham, 2000).

(Hersey, 1984).
When looking at my Authentic leadership inventory scale, which is measured on a 1-5 Likert scale, I am able to see that higher scores will indicate stronger evidence of Authentic Leadership qualities. For self-awareness my score was 3.5, relational transparency my score was a 4.5, 3.25 for moral perspective, and lastly a 3.75 for balanced processing. Through these scores you are able to see the level of authenticity that is given. (Neider, & Schrieshemim, 2011).
The LEAD 344 Transformational Leadership Scale is a questionnaire hat is scaled 1-6 with higher scores indicating stronger association with transformational styles. For vision my score was 4.33, inspirational communication was 5, intellectual stimulation is 4.66, supportive leadership was 3.66, personal recognition was 4.66 and lasting providing an appropriate mode (idealized influence) was 5.33. You can see that my scores are all above the mean indicating a strong association with transformational leadership styles. (Rafferty & Griffin, 2004; Podaskoff et al., 1990).
After looking at all of the data, I realize that who I am as a leader is someone who is extraverted and cares, but also can be timid and nervous at times in new situations. Some of my strengths would be my adaptability along with emotional intelligence whereas some of my weaknesses would come from the agreeableness factor, because although it is good to agree with people and not argue. I need to learn to respectfully oppose to ideas that I may not agree with morally.
