Gathering Interest/ Advice:
Stephanie, when you have a draft of the e-mail, you should send it to the Commandant’s office (Holly Leech) for approval for distribution to cadets. Once she approves, you can send the e-mail to all cadets – use “DL-Cadets” in the to: line. Add the following statement at the bottom of your e-mail “This e-mail has been approved by the Office of the Commandant.”
If you would like to send the e-mail to faculty and staff as well, you will need the Dean’s approval and that goes to Leigh Ann Forquer.
