Receive zebrafish in eggs every Wednesday. Change and raise fish in ERS solution until Monday, then treatment starts.

Experiments change weekly, so no set methods.

Updated: I use a 24 well plate for control and another 24 well plate for my co-treatment. I change the ERS and neurotoxin every 24 hours, observe, and record behavior. I carry the experiment out for 48-72 hours depending on the experiment. Following this, I washout fish with ERS.

Currently looking at the different effects of the treatments alone (L-DOPA or MAO-I) to see if they produce significant results over the co-treatment (L-DOPA + MAO-I)
