Using Alexie and Petersen as inspirations for your reflection, how would you characterize your journey in reading and writing, with emphasis on the role that ERH 101 has played? What has challenged you? What still challenges you?

I have generally had a bad experience with english as most of my english teachers were not the best characters and did not have a teaching style that suited my style, which is as a visual learner. However, when I got into ERH 101, I felt that I was a part of a better community and that it would help me forward my learning and give me an new appreciation for writing. ERH has helped forward my appreciation for writing and has made me think more critically and harder for each paper. So far, properly analyzing has been the most challenging part, but other than that I feel like I have succeeded, such as with the blog. What continues to challenge me is properly analyzing and also understanding what I need to write about before writing about it.
