At the beginning of this semester, our class wrote a paper arguing for a particular law to be passed. I learned that depending on your audience, you must choose different sources. The Heritage Foundation works well for conservatives, but liberals would be quick to dismiss it as false. Also, evaluating sources was something I had never done before. It helps you choose effective sources for your essay so you can target your audience.
