My original idea for the paper was to write about the natural being unnatural, but now my ideas have shifted towards the importance of religion, the bible, and over all how Dracula is viewed as the anti-christ. Through out “Dracula” there are multiple references or direct quotes from the bible and I am interested to see why they are there and to figure out the meaning behind Dracula being this anti-christ character.

New thesis statement: Stoker describes Dracula, throughout much of the novel, as the Anti-Christ through the use of biblical quotes or references to show that something as “pure” as Jesus Christ can be manipulated into something evil.
