This document constitutes one of my biggest personal projects so far as RXO. It is the 36-page Cadre Information Guide, which will serve as the handbook for all Cadre in the Fall of 2020. This will also serve as the primary tool for completing training of Cadre between now and August.
Included in this document are many important areas of knowledge about VMI operations in general, my personal note to Cadre, and much more.
