  1. The best part of your paper was the examination of Shakespeare’s language. There is the basic story of two star-crossed lovers, yes, but you examine what Shakespeare actually meant when he wrote “star-crossed.” I do disagree a bit with your conclusion however. That Romeo and Juliet “did the walking” is entirely correct, but I do not believe that they had to walk down this specific path. That is only my opinion of course. Perhaps that is what Shakespeare intended, a story, that is to some extent, about destiny.
