The Potential and Opportunities of Public Preschool: Part II

This research paper was written subsequent to Part I, as a response meant to provide a solution to the problem at hand, in which students are not being provided the early cognitive education they should be afforded. By analyzing federal resource allocation, I argue where taxpayer dollars could be more appropriately used, and where they can afford to minimized at this time in order to prioritize public preschool education on a broader level. I make certain ethical arguments on where federal funding is being overused and where it is not being allocated properly.
