My name is Kerisha Goode and I am a RAT at VMI. Originally, I was born and raised in Rochester, NY. Before then my family lived in Ocho Rios, Jamaica and later came to America. I am here on a full ride track scholarship and I also participate in Air Force ROTC.  Track has always been a main factor in my life and over the years has opened up several doors for me. At the age of 15 I competed at the Jr. Olympics track and field championship. At 16 I was accepted to the U.S Jr. Down-under Team that traveled to Australia to compete. I’ve always taken great pride in athletics, and today it has brought me to VMI.
