The purpose of this paper is to research and develop ideas about a fandom in order to ask a pressing question about Apple vs Android.

My purpose is to better understand the relevance of the discussion of Apple vs. Android, and why people attach a personal fixation behind the tech that they have.

Possible Historical Question: With the rise in technology, mobile phone usage has skyrocketed. What jump in technology led phone users to personally attach themselves to a product? And why do they see themselves as superior or inferior to one another.
