What do you think of SPSS having seen it up close? Does anything seem familiar? Is there anything you are interested in learning more about?
SPSS looked very intimidating, so I did not do too much snooping around because i was afraid i would click on the wrong thing and mess up the system. However, it does look somewhat similar to excel and while reading through the SPSS book it looked like it has many hidden functions and formulas like excel has that allows you to collect and analyze data easily. As of right now there is nothing I am interested in learning about because the system looks very complicated and I would just rather wait for the class to start before I play around with the system.
