A moment that learned something new that changed you as a learner?
Something that I recall that taught me to change as a learner was a time when I was learning a technique in tennis. I continually kept getting my butt kicked by some buddies, and that feeling of getting beat sucked, so I did what I could to get better. I was teaching myself how to “slice” the ball (undercutting the ball as for the ball to spin towards the net upon return to the opponent). I continually failed and failed again. It taught me not to give up because it was the few times that I would get it that would show me that I was making progress, and on top of that, the time that I was good enough to use it in a game showed that the failed attempts that I had while learning fueled me to get to where I was now, winning!

I like the question on this one. Can you add to the other post too with the bouncing back?
