I have found after writing paper number one and then paper number two and comparing them that I have now developed a better grasp on making a thesis statement because in my first paper there was no real thesis but in paper two you can tell I state my thesis and map out my paper.  The way I get to the final product is different now than it was on my first paper.  On my first paper I just dove right into writing the paper and struggled to stay organized and on topic so on paper two I made a very detailed outline and brainstorm which helped me keep the paper organized and gave it better flow.  Over all I would say I have definitely made some leaps win my writing abilities and am still improving through doing class workshops and peer reviews.
