As a writer in paper one I can tell I was not the most organized in a way so that the paper flowed properly. Also in paper one I can tell I was not using the secondary source as well as I could have been. In paper two I know the organization of my paper is much better and the secondary source, Swales, is incorporated well. Also I have noticed that my evidence is much more persuasive which could be due to the fact that this paper is written on a subject that I am interested in. I know I have gotten to this point because of the in-class discussions and the reading of Swales helped guide my paper very well. The class discussions and in-class writing have helped me gain a better grasp on the topics of the essay.
