The jargon used in my artifact is very specific to civil engineering and structural engineering. Some example are member, which to ‘regular people’ would mean a member of a group. The simplest way to describe it in civil/structural engineering is that a member is a piece of steel, wood, or any other material that spans a distance. The topics I am learning are different forces applied to members and what forces do to those members. Also I am learning some simple analysis of systems or structures.
