Objective 3: Disciplinary Analysis

This assignment focused on my artist statement for ERH-204 titled Language of Art. This paper was the culmination assignment that focused on analyzing my working relationship with art as a whole. It certainly made me think more about how I thought of art in terms of being a very mundane thing with only noting cool pieces of art and not seeing them for the formal elements that came to create stunning works of art over many centuries. I walked away with an arsenal of exposure to different styles of art and the terms to be able to identify them moving forward in my life.
