Leadership Mission Statement
Leadership Mission Statement: As a leader, I want to be remembered for my ability to accomplish a goal and make a lesson out of a failure all while having fun. The joy of bringing people purposed learning is a great way that I think that lessons can be taught. Life is short and if you are constantly being taught in a boring environment, that could carry over to how you live your life. If people can remember me by something I hope that it is for my humor in the darkest of situations and making it something that energizes us towards completing a mission. I think that finding time to destress whether it be a joke or something in a hard situation is a great way to keep moving forward towards a goal. Additionally, another thing I would want myself remembered for is making sure that I always included everyone in the final outcome. I strive to ensure that no one feels left out and that the team assignment included the “whole team”. If the day comes that I would pass away, I would certainly want my quote to say, “S.S.D.D.”, since this is something that means something very special to me. My biggest accomplishment by the time that I retire would be to say that I created an idea that “you can be a leader, without being a bad guy”, you can establish respect between leader to follower, and accomplish a goal without being disrespectful.
