Ideal Leadership

Ideal Leadership: My ideal leader would be someone that values communication. I believe that good communication is the speaker and listener having a. strong connection and making sure that they are both on the same page. The acknowledgment of the audience’s global views and the opportunity to allow the speaker to incorporate that in their message is a wonderful way of ensuring that both sides are happy. I know that without proper communication nothing gets done. The ability to express ideas between people is how a team works together to accomplish a goal. I would also say that the ideal leader has the ability to influence. The ability to make others work for you is to be able to argue and be someone that can change someone’s mind, this is without a doubt a skill that embodies every leader because without this the goal won’t get done today or tomorrow, it gets done when you tell others it needs to be done. Additionally, I would say empathy and the ability to uphold integrity, this means being able to work with people and their problems, furthermore be able to hold a standard that cannot be broken. This standard is what begins to build that reputation and ability to be someone that others can look to for unbiased and honest feedback and answers.

I think that when I compare myself to my leader. I fulfill all the marks and I am able to make sure that everyone feels involved and a part of the team. The goal of making a final product that makes everyone happy is always a priority.
