Dock Hand with Papa Bear Adventures

How did you learn about this opportunity?

My friend, Luke MacDonald, graduated from VMI in the spring of 2017. He was able to get the Dock Boy position with the company, so I learned about the opportunity from him.

What can cadets expect in the hiring process?

You should expect to prepare a solid resume and cover letter. A Skype interview will most likely occur at some point in the hiring process.

What advice would you give to cadets about researching this company?

The best thing that you could do is get in contact with somebody who has worked for Papa Bear Adventures. You will be required to do some hard work and the owners want to make sure that you’re up for it. If you can find somebody to vouch for you, then it will go a long way.
